PMMM
The Programme Management Maturity Model (PMMM) provides a mechanism through which an organisation or a group within an
organisation can:
- Evaluate itself in programme management terms
- Compare its own maturity with other organisation on a fair basis
- Compare its own maturity with benchmarks from similar organisations
- Understand its strengths and weaknesses
- Develop a plan to improve its ability to deliver successful programmes.
The PMMM is based upon the processes defined in the CCTA's publication Managing Successful Programmes, and allows
the subject organisation to evaluate itself against carefully worded statements describing characteristics associated
with successful programmes. These statements take the form of a questionnaire. Each completed questionnaire is submitted
through a validation stage and then to the data bank of previous responses. The scores provide a profile of the organisation's level
of compliance in each process.

Your response will be treated confidentially and you will receive in return your own profile and a comparison
with an average of all profiles received to date.
When the volume of data permits, it maybe possible to
compare your own profile with other responses in specific environments.
The questionnaire contains notes
to help you complete the form and to take part in this initiative.
The Word document has been carefully
scanned to check for any known virus..
